Welcome to Bharat Scouts & Guides Blog site of Kendriya Vidyalaya Khammam, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan State. one of the most prestigious educational institutions of Khammam Andhra pradesh, This centre of excellence was established in 2007 as a civil sector school affiliated to CBSE. The present school building is situated in the polepalli village, near to Karunagiri. This Vidyalaya has the strength of more than 750 students and 34 staff on rolls with classes I to X. Since its establishment, it has been striving to achieve academic excellence and development in the total personality of the students. It is two section school.

Scout Movement at K.V.Khammam
We started Scout Movement in this vidyalaya by enrolling 32 students in 2010. Presently, there are 64 scouts, 32 guides , 48 cubs and 24 Bulbuls in our vidyalaya. The movement is running smoothly with the participation of students in various social works coached by the our principal Shri M.Reddeppa and Mr. Alok Jaiswal,Advance Scout Master , I/C BS&G .
32 scouts have passed the Pratham and Dwitiya Sopan and undergoing the training for Tritiya Sopan.
we started Guide company named RANI LAXMIBAI COMPANY under the in charge ship of Ms. Sangita Devi, Advance Guide Captain,One Pack of Bulbul under the inchargeship of Ms M. Shivakumari Flock Leader and two packs of Cubs under the in charge ship of Mr. Sunil Kumar and Mr. Jagdish Singh Sagar, Basic Cub Masters.
